Terms governing the use of Busy Easy IT d.o.o. services.
Acceptance of the Terms
These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, apply to users who receive an account for Busy Easy IT d.o.o. online services. By registering for and using the services, the user confirms acceptance of the applicable Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Start and duration of the agreement
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the contractual relationship begins when registration or subscription is confirmed. The user may use the services within the scope of the selected package and subscription period.
Service availability and changes
Busy Easy IT d.o.o. provides the contracted online services and may introduce improvements, updates and changes to functionality. The provider will use reasonable efforts to maintain service availability, while temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, infrastructure, third-party services or circumstances outside the provider’s control.
User responsibilities
The user is responsible for providing accurate registration data, keeping account information up to date and protecting usernames, passwords and other access credentials. The user is responsible for activity performed through its account and for managing employee access within its organization.
The services must be used for lawful internal business purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and good business practice. Unauthorized access, misuse, reverse engineering, copying or creation of competing services based on Busy Easy IT d.o.o. services is not permitted.
Intellectual property
Busy Easy IT d.o.o. retains intellectual property rights in its services. Purchasing a subscription grants the customer a right to use the service according to the selected package and subscription period; it does not transfer ownership of the software or service.
Privacy and data protection
The provider processes and stores personal data required to provide the product and services and/or maintain records required by law. Personal data is treated confidentially and in accordance with applicable law. Where Busy Easy IT d.o.o. processes data on behalf of a customer, the data is processed according to the customer’s instructions and the applicable contractual and legal framework.
Customers can export data available through the service and should export required data before ending the subscription or other contractual relationship.
GDPR and WTC
Busy Easy IT d.o.o. operates WTC with data-protection requirements in mind. Customers remain responsible for ensuring that their own use of WTC, collection of employee data and internal procedures comply with applicable employment and data-protection rules.
Changes to these Terms
Busy Easy IT d.o.o. may update these Terms, including pricing and the scope of services. Where a change materially affects subscribers, the provider will give advance notice in accordance with the applicable contractual and legal requirements.
Governing law and disputes
The original terms state that legal relationships connected with these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia and that disputes should first be resolved by mutual agreement; where no agreement can be reached, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent court in Bjelovar.
Account and data deletion requests
For account or personal-data deletion requests after the end of the business need, contact Busy Easy IT support. Requests will be handled in accordance with the applicable privacy and legal requirements.
