Why WTC ?

WHY – WTC?

Work Time Control Many employers manage working hours record manually, often only on paper, which is why at the end of accounting period mistakes happen in calculation, data transfer for salary accounting etc. Next to the fact that mistakes happen, what poses as a big problem is the time required for correct preparation of data for salary accounting, compliance with legal rules about managing and keeping working hours record data. Also a big problem is finding files from the past. Often, this leads to arduous data searching of who, when and for how long has been on vacation, how many days of sick leave has somebody taken, how many hours of night work they have, etc. Poorly managed working hours record often lead to uncalled for situations between employers and employees.

Work Time Control / Evidencija radnog vremena Programming solution is WTC , which consists of mobile app and web (cloud) based programme. The employer puts a mobile device (phone/tablet) on one or more locations and installs WTC mobile app for check-in and check-out. You can use any mobile device for this, therefore there is no need for additional investments if you perhaps have an older device. The only thing that matters is that internet connection is achievable through your own Wi-Fi network or mobile GSM connection. The mobile app is connected to the main web(cloud) based programme. In just a few minutes you can create an employee base, set up basic settings and the solution for working hours record is ready for use.

How does WTC work?

When coming to or leaving work, an employee enters his/hers user password and logs in with his/her pin number, on the previously installed mobile device at the working place. The other possibility is to log in with a QR code which you can print/make on your own or you can order it from us. When the employee logs in through the option on the mobile device, the app saves the record of log in/log out time and the employee’s photo (front camera on mobile device is required). The app then sends this data to master web based programme WTC. With WTC, the employer has immediate access to currently logged in/logged out employees. Also a big advantage is the possibility to check when did which employee log in/out of their work place. You can also view photos of employees when they log in/out. This is a huge advantage because you're avoiding the possibility of someone logging in/out for someone. The biggest advantage of WTC is that you have all required data in one place and working hours record ready to be used, for example for salary accounting. On that occasion, there's a possibility to prepare data for automatic export/import in various other programmes for salary accounting. Other than that, you can simply download the data in excel, at the end of accounting period, and send it to your accountant.
